Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return or replacement if:

• Your product arrives with a broken, damaged, or tampered manufacturer safety seal.
• The product is damaged during shipping or delivery.
• You receive the wrong product, incorrect flavor, incorrect size, or any item different from what you ordered.
• The shipment is missing items that should have been included with your order.

All requests are subject to verification by the KHURAAK Customer Support team.

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible:

• Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Keep the product, original packaging, invoice, and all labels intact until your claim has been reviewed.
• Provide your order number along with clear photographs showing:
  • The product received
  • The manufacturer safety seal
  • Any visible damage or issue
  • The outer shipping package and shipping label

An unboxing video is recommended, as it helps us process claims more quickly. However, it is not mandatory. If an unboxing video is unavailable, clear photographs may be sufficient depending on the nature of the claim.

For health, hygiene, and consumer safety reasons, KHURAAK cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products that have been opened, consumed, or used.
• Products whose manufacturer safety seal has been removed or broken after delivery.
• Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or storage after delivery.
• Requests based solely on personal preference, taste, change of mind, or incorrect product selection by the customer.
• Products returned without prior approval from KHURAAK Customer Support.

Every return or replacement request is reviewed carefully and fairly. Our support team may request additional information if needed to verify the claim. Once the verification process is complete, we will notify you of the outcome and the next steps.

If your claim is approved:

• You may choose between a replacement product (subject to availability) or a refund to your original payment method.
• If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative of equal value, subject to your approval.
• Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days. The time taken for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the return is approved because:

• You received a damaged product,
• The manufacturer safety seal was broken before delivery, or
• KHURAAK shipped the wrong product,

KHURAAK will bear the cost of return shipping.

Customers should not send products back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Every product sold by KHURAAK is guaranteed to be 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors, importers, or brand partners.
